Our new Client Portal through AdvancedMD is now here!
Thank you for trusting us with your therapeutic care.
As of Monday, May 8th, 2023, we have transitioned to a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, AdvancedMD. The transition to a new EHR will help us support you in more streamlined, trauma-informed, and organized ways.
In order to access your Client Portal and Therapy Session, please make sure you have completed each step below to register your account.

STEP 1
Complete Secure Intake Form
Please begin the registration process by completing our Secure Intake Form here.
STEP 2
Complete Account Registration
Our team will review your Secure Intake Form. Once we have confirmed that we have everything we need, you will receive an email notification giving you access to your client forms.
To access these forms you will need to Register a New Account. (visual steps above)
Click View Forms in your notification email.
Click REGISTER on the AdvancedMD screen. This will direct you to a new page to REGISTER NEW ACCOUNT by using your first and last name, email address, and date of birth you provided in your Secure Intake Form. Click REGISTER when complete.
You will receive an email officially inviting you to your Client Portal. Click CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
You will be redirected by to the AdvancedMD sign-in page to create a password for your Client Portal. Once complete, Click REGISTER. This will log you into your Client Portal to be able to view your client forms.
STEP 3
Complete Client Forms
Please begin completing your online client forms in your Client Portal.
You will need to select SUBMIT after each completed form.
